  1. Was looking for the BA number, and found it here so thank u.

  2. Was looking for BA number, the customer service is fast

Having been Highway robbed at “2200.00 for a “so called Premium Economy” we were disappointed to find that the benefit was only a few inches of leg room. The dinner excellent, but the breakfast was awful, virtually inedible.

On the return, BA 2068, both meals were dreadful. The staff were very good and helpful, but let down by the company. Also one headphone would not work even though the stewards tried everything.

    What more can I say?

  5. Mr and Mrs J Masterton says:

I am always supporting and backing Britain, that is why I am a member of the executive club, but am dismayed to find that the company that professes to be the best is so bad. The website is so, and if one tries to phone and B.A.

  6. I’ve only ever flown with BA to European destinations but I’ve never had a bad experience with BA; staff are always friendly, polite and professional. Only gripe is the high cost of seat selection – £50 per seat per flight (even with Club Europe seats where you’d expect seat selection to be included in the cost of the ticket as with some other airlines).

    1. WENDY DELLGROTTAGLIA says:

Dear I would like to let them know how upset I was on the end of my vacation on April 27, 2019 with this complaint!
American Airlines and British Airways booked my flight from Amsterdam to London, BA flight 435 boarding at 1415, then my flight home was BA 203 London to Boston boarding at 1610.
This obviously was not enough time to begin with, but then our flight was delayed in Amsterdam, I approached two separate flight attendants at their desks in Amsterdam airport and asked IF we would make our connection and both times, two different people assured me I would make my connection! Wrong answer, especially knowing we needed to leave the plane and go through a security liquid check and then a gate that closes 25 minutes before their flight, this was utter chaos, I understand security, but why not book enough boarding time in between flights.
Well needless to say, we missed our connection after landing in London! We were moved from one line in the gate area to another line outside of Customs, before getting to that line outside of Customs, we stood in the line for Customs for over TWO hours, and had frequent flyers tell us this was “normal” wait time, this is absurd!
After the long wait in Customs, we finally found about five attendants making hotel reservations for about two hundred people, that took over TWO hours more! Thank goodness I was traveling with adults only, I can’t imagine how the people with children dealt with this! This short time to catch a flight and two long lines to get a hotel for the night and return to the airport the following afternoon were a very frustrating way to end our vacation, but thank goodness again for us it was the end of our vacation not the beginning, which some people missed!
I will let them know that the hotel, and food accommodations were very good, even though we were not happy to be at another hotel and only wanted to be home! My formal complaint is regarding the flight connections, not enough time to go through the liquid security check, and then that check point closing 25 minutes too early, we could have made our connection if they allowed us to run through that gate! they spent thousands of dollars that were not necessary for people to spend the night when they probably could have made their connections. And that is frustrated hundreds of travelers while they waited in several unorganized, chaotic lines to spend the night under B.A. , why didn’t flights that were waiting wait another half hour, that seems more economical to me than B.A. putting these people in a hotel and feeding them three meals!
      I ask WHY???
      Sincerely,
